Mesecom kruže priče o stvorenjima koja su mešavina ljudi i zečeva, tzv Dugouhima. Takođe kruže priče da takva bića poseduju magične osobine.
Glavni protagonista, Daiči, dolazi na Mesec da bi proveo letnji raspust i da bi možda video nekog Dugouhog. Međutim on biva uvučen u sukob između dve drevne frakcije na Mesecu...
