EXTRACT THE RAR TO YOUR USB DEVICE,
example, extract it to X:
when you put in your flashdrive, it should ask what do u want to start, just click Launch PStart
also included is BORGchat, who ever else has this release on their flash drive ON THE LAN will be able to chat with you, and send files etc.
