Darwinia

Darwinia does not fall into any one game genre, as it mixes elements from strategy, action, puzzle, hacker, and God games alike. Its retro styling coupled with colourful 3D design is unlike most games on the market, and its simple, intuitive gameplay is mysteriously profound. The player has the ability to run several programs through the Task Manager. The Squad program will give the player a close up action and stealth game, aiming and firing both primary and secondary weapons. The Engineer program can then reprogram buildings and collect Souls from the destroyed Virus to create Darwinians. The Officer program allows you to indirectly order the masses of Darwinians to run, occupy, and even attack, reminiscent of Lemmings. Strategy is required whether you use commando raids or control large battles. Research allows the player to develop bigger and better weapons, as the enemy viruses also get bigger and better. All this to complete Mission Objectives at a Location, as the player and the Darwinians wipe out the Virus in a Great War.

Like its predecessor The Book of Bunny Suicides, it features mostly one-image cartoons, although there are some two- and three-image cartoons.

This book features more Rube Goldberg machines than the first one. However, Riley was drawing more from the British cartoonist W. Heath Robinson, a British contemporary of Goldberg's with a similar interest in implausible machinery. The term "Heath Robinson contraption" is used in Britain in exactly the way "Rube Goldberg machine" is used in the U.S.


This book also contains more parodies of various recent cultural and historical events of the time. For example, there is one image of a bunny tying himself to Gollum, seeking the ring a the top of the hill, and also a bunny pouring pepper into Sauron's eye from The Lord of the Rings, and an image of the falling Saddam Hussein statue, and a scene with The Doctor [from Doctor Who, retreating to the Tardis from a Dalek.

Taking up where the tale of Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver left off, Eidos Interactive's sequel begins as the ancient vampire Raziel emerges from the Chronoplast time portal. He has traveled back into Nosgoth's past to continue his relentless pursuit of Kain, his nemesis and father.

Soul Reaver fans will also be engaged by the sequel's expanded lock-and-key puzzle system and the increased number and variety of enemies and spells. The game also plays with greater fluidity due to its constant 60-frames-per-second run rate.

KROME ANGELS je kolaboracija tenutno tri vodeca trance producenta, Dino Psaras-a, Shanti Matkin-a i Dado-a [Deedrah, Frederic Holyszewski]. Ovaj trio saradnju pocinje u studiju i vec nakon nekoliko track-ova odlucuju za zajednicki naprave i svoj prvi studijski album. Tako je formiran KROME ANGELS, sastav koji je svoj prvi nastup imao u leto 2007. godine u Brazilu, na cuvenom “XXXPERIENCE FESTIVAL-u” u Sao Paolo-u, jednom od najvecih i po pristupu organizovanja party-ja najozbiljnijih festival na svetu. Nakon odusevljenja brazilske publike ovaj projekat odmah je proglasen najboljim trance projektom u protekloj, 2007. godini. Trenutno se nalaze na svojoj prvoj, velikoj svetskoj turneji, promovisuci svoj prvi studijski album “MODERN DAY CLASSICS”, u okviru koje ce nastupiti i po prvi put u Beogradu, 29. marta 2008. godine u SKC-u.
